Participating in Step events and Step Conference 2024 through speaker submissions or referrals is not a guaranteed opportunity. Selection for participation will be determined by the Step content team, who will only contact individuals if their submission or referral aligns well with the event's content needs. Please understand that due to a high volume of submissions, not all requests can be accommodated.
