We are happy to support where we can in order to have you attend Step Conference. However, we do not have any relation or ability to apply for visas on your behalf or guarantee a visa.

We can provide a letter confirming that you have purchased a ticket for the event as proof to support your visa application. We can only provide this letter if you have purchased a ticket.

To request this letter, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with the Subject: Invitation letter for visa.

We require your unique Ticket ID number, which can be found on your purchased ticket, in order to issue your letter.
