Once in the event area and venue, the Step team and organizers will be taking the below measures:

-Social Distancing for seating at stages and workshop rooms

-Required (medical) face masks at all times by attendees throughout the event, except while consuming food/beverages

-Hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue
