What is allowed:
Plug adapter for electric outlets
Extension cord if you need additional outlets
Small gadgets (display screen no larger than 80cm, IPads, computers)
Marketing material (booklets, brochures, flyers, business cards, etc…) for handing out during the event
What is not allowed:
Large material such as roll up banners are not allowed due to space limitations.
Loud speakers with music
