What is allowed:
Converter for electric outlets (The outlets will be UAE outlets)
Extension cord if you will need additional outlets
Small gadgets (Display screen- no larger than 80cm inches, IPads, computers)
Marketing material (booklets, brochures, flyers, business cards, etc…) for handing out during the event
What is not allowed:
Larger material such as roll up banners are not allowed due to space limitations.
Loud speakers with music
